I used it for over a month and I passed. I felt like the difficulty prepared me for when I actually took my test and I think that it is worth the price. There were only a few minor problems with the app. Occasionaly the swiping feature wouldn't work. I would have to tilt my phone to change the screen orientation and then tilt my phone back for the feature to unfreeze. Also, when I would scroll through past tests the app would freeze sometimes as well. Everyone recommended Uworld to me and I'm glad bc I just passed my NCLEX last week. Uworld really develops your critical thinking skills. I learned about a handful of conditions we never discussed in school and I specifically remember a question I would not have gotten right if it weren't for Uworld. Read every rationale, even if you get it right! Try to complete 75 questions at a time and select all topics instead of focusing on one at a time, it helps you to get in test mode.
The NCLEX and uworld are basically identical as far as how the screen looks and the use of exhibits, etc. I preferred u world on a desktop but you can use your phone also. I purchased the subscription with one assessment and completed the assessment at the end. It said I had a very high chance of passing and I guess it was right! So excited, thanks Uworld. If I could give zero stars I would; I have had Uworld for a week; I just spent 7 hours marking an exam I took yesterday for review; I took a shower then logged back on to find non of the work I did all day was saved. UWorld Nursing. I took my first self assessment a month prior to when I thought the exam would be mine was rescheduled for a month later due to a snowstorm and I took the second self assessment two days before my exam.
